• La L. n. 244 of 24 December 2007, art. 3, comma 54 (Provisions concerning advertising on the website of the names and remuneration of external collaborators): ”The government employees who use and rely on external consulting assignments for which there is a fee, they shall publish on its website the comprehensive measures for the indication of people in receipt, della ragione dell’incarico e dell’ammontare erogato. In caso di omessa pubblicazione, settlement of the consideration for the appointments of collaboration or advice referred to in this paragraph constitutes a disciplinary offense and determines public tax liability of the manager responsible”;

• Il Regolamento per l’affidamento di incarichi di collaborazione, studio, research or advice to persons outside the administration, approved by resolution G.C. n. 43 of 30.04.2008, Constituent attachment to the existing Regnlamento sorting offices and services, which contains the criteria for assigning individual tasks under Article .7, comma 6 of D.
