The event aims to share with local stakeholders the objectives of the SEAP and involve them in the pursuit of the same and sensitize the local community on key issues related to the objective 20-20-20. CALL FOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE GRANTING OF ASSOCIATIONS FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF CITRUS FRUITS FESTIVAL 41 °- YEAR 2013
Finality
The City of Muravera intends to organize in the municipal area the 41st edition of the Festival of Citrus in the period between5 and 7 April 2013. The event is divided into a number of events and shows in folkloristic, cultural and culinary to the organization of which the municipality of Muravera will secure the cooperation of local associations.
Beneficiaries
The request can only be made by cultural associations and social development non-profit, having their registered office and operating in the municipality of Muravera at least two years and must have proven experience in the management of events and shows. The City of Muravera enter into a special agreement with the non-profit associations identified, that would be formed ATS, without a scheduled payment, but with the recognition of only documented expenses, with reference to the costs related to the organization of the event.
Field of intervention projects
Projects should focus on:
-The animation and beautification of roads in the country;
-The realization of cultural initiatives, art and music (ad is. concerts and exhibitions);
-Seminars and conferences
-Promotion of food products and local crafts
Facilities
Each Association may submit only one project.
Preferential
Preference will be evaluated as the following:
-existence of incorporation and bylaws of the purpose of promoting access to cultural tourism and the promotion of the territory of the Municipality of Muravera;
-implementation of the proposed project as a whole;
-curriculum of the association;
-experience in the field;
-Report of the project with the cultural experience and traditional local and enhancement of the same;
-Artistic and cultural quality of the project.
Mode of submission of applications
The request for grant, signed by the legal representative of the association or committee, must contain the following attachments:
-Request for assistance (Annex A);
-Written description of the project, with specific reference to cultural content, objectives and how technical – organizational with which is expressed (number of workers involved in the organization of the event, type of event, program of the event, places of implementation);
-Financial Plan concerning the various items of expenditure necessary for the organization of the event (Annex B);
-Statute, memorandum and curriculum association;
-Draft advertising material which will be labeled 'produced with the contribution of the Sardinia Region and the City of Muravera " .
and must be received, Protocol to the office of the City or by registered mail. at the following address: City of Muravera service social and educational cultural plaza Europe 1 09043 Muravera and must contain the words "project proposal to be included in the program of 41 ° Festival Of Citrus".
The submission of the application does not bind the City to the signing of the Convention, which will take place as a result of project evaluation and verification of financial constraints
Deadline
The request form must be submitted in a sealed envelope no later than 12,00 of 14 March 2013. Will not be accepted applications received after the date of expiry of the notice. It is understood that the delivery of requests is at the sole risk of the sender if, for any reason, it does not reach its destination in time.
Liquidation and reporting methods
The liquidation of the contribution will be made in advance to 90% the remaining 10% will be paid after submission of the reporting.
The financial statements must be received at the office of the City of Muravera protocol within 45 days after the end of the event and must contain:
-Declaration of occurred event signed by the legal representative;
-Report of the activity;
-Balance sheet of the event with attached supporting documents registered in the name of the association and / or beneficiary of the Committee.
Failure to submit the report within the time limit will result in the request for repayment of the assistance granted.
Eligible expenditure
Eligible expenses must relate solely to the implementation of the project and can not understand, in general, the purchase of durable goods and cost of mere liberality (receptions, convivial meetings, compliments, and so on.)
Eligible expenses are represented:
-the direct cost, as indicated below, relate exclusively conduct the event, the amount of which is at least 80% of the total expenditure;
-general expenses strictly related to the organization of the same event, an amount not exceeding 10% of the total eligible or recognition of only 3% a lump sum if underreported.
Are recognized as eligible as direct costs of carrying out:
-expenses for the artistic coordination, whose demand is required by the type and complexity of the event organized;
-expenses only for the advertising and promotion of the event;
-costs of possible technical assistance during the event;
-rent for the use, only for the purposes of the event, premises or facilities or structures;
-freight costs of equipment and instrumentation technical and / or artistic strictly necessary in the event; any compensation for artists, complex, arts groups, and so on., or technical personnel are used in the demonstration, whose performance is part of the approved program, provided that it must be shown to qualify to play professional or artistic performance, including social security contributions under the law;
-travel expenses and hospitality (room and board) only for artists, complex, art groups etc.., non-residents; other expenses, if considered directly attributable to the conduct of the event (provide details and specify).
Are normally considered eligible only as overheads:
-purchases of equipment minutes of use and consumption, necessary in the event;
-spese postali, transport, Cleaning, related to the event;
-other expenses technical and organizational, General and administration to be specified, taking into account that the financing refers to a "single" event and that, therefore, eligible expenditure shall be limited, in time and in the commitment, the same event.
-Any compensation to people, than 250,00 euro, must result from specific contract. In particular, such contracts (contract for the provision of services, contract to provide professional art, contract for the provision on an occasional basis, etc.…) are eligible if they are reasonable, specifying the detailed nature, quality, quantity and cost of specific services (excluding VAT for those billable), gross of withholding taxes, and any incidental costs (this is. if the cost is inclusive of travel and accommodation).
-Fees paid to other bodies for "services" are eligible if they have the same specialist nature beyond the institutional capacity and technical organization of the recipient and always that are necessary and related to the proposed program, and justified by invoice that details the nature, the quality and quantity of the services provided.
Service
The need for other services such as providing chairs, electric energy, technical information, convening Commission Public Entertainment, local municipal availability must be previously requested and agreed with the Board and explained in the project.
Permissions
It is borne by the association obtain the necessary authorizations to perform security in the event, dell'Enpals, Siae and public entertainment license.

What to do in case of flooding
Listen to the radio or watch television to learn any warnings of adverse weather conditions or alerts civil protection.
